After great success with our membership peer support groups we are now excited to be able to connect you with members who are offering creative supervision groups & peer support circles for counsellors, coaches and therapists.
These groups, run by members, provide a supportive and collaborative environment for counsellors to explore their work through the use of creative interventions.
Group supervision provides guidance and feedback to help counsellors reflect on their practise and develop new insights, these groups are open to qualified counsellors from all backgrounds and we encourage diversity and inclusivity. We would encourage trainee counsellors to contact group leaders to see if these groups may be suitable for you.
To join a group and connect with like-minded professionals and enhance your counselling practise through creativity and collaboration please contact a supervisor from the list below

Hi, my name is Tracy, I'm an ambassador for Creative Counsellors and I am offering a mixture of Peer reflection, supervision and skill share groups. The face to face groups will be held in the lovely village of Kirk Merrington in County Durham (about 10 minutes drive off the A1) and are to be based in the new Well-being Carriage which is an adapted train carriage and based in the local primary school grounds. This is an exciting and unique new premises and I can’t wait to share the space. Due to the size and layout of the carriage groups will be intimate with only 6 members per group. To cover costs reflection and supervision groups will be £15pp (refreshments will be provided), skills share groups will be £20 and will include the cost of materials (as well as refreshments).

Hi, my name is Nicola. I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor and supervisor who uses writing and creativity in my work with clients and supervisees, including trainee counsellors and those in other helping professions. I have an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes and am a member of Lapidus, the Writing for Wellbeing Community, and work within their Ethics Code in my workshops and groups. I’m a Practitioner Member of the Association for Person-Centred Creative Arts (APCCA).
My core training is in person-centred counselling and this informs my approach to my work with clients and supervisees. I have over twenty years experience as a teacher. I’m also a tutor and trainer who has led training and group workshops on a number of topics, including telephone counselling and using therapeutic writing for personal and professional development. I hold additional qualifications in therapeutic coaching and NLP.
Words have always been important to me and this is reflected in all aspects of my life, including my background as a teacher of foreign languages and my love of travel. I enjoy writing creatively and hold a Diploma in Creative Writing. Journalling is part of my daily routine and plays a vital role in my self-care.
I offer peer support groups for counselling colleagues using expressive and reflective writing. For further information or to be added to the waiting list contact: email@example.com

If you feel drawn to trying some creative supervision with a small and friendly group please feel free to contact me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hello I am Honorata and a Creative Counsellors workshop facilitator (Art Club) and Creative Counsellors Ambassador. I am an integrative creative counsellor, certified clay therapist, and experienced therapeutic arts practitioner. I have been working in the therapeutic and creative fields since 2015 across the public health sector, mental health services, charities, and youth organisations. I offer deepening self-exploration by using creative methods (art, imagination, work with objects, sand tray, stories, somatic art) and relation to nature. I work with diverse art media like painting, drawing, collage, colour, clay, pastels, elements of somatic art therapy and therapeutic writing. Along with being a counsellor I am also a practicing expressive artist. Creativity is always present in my therapy room in variety of forms and the most creative aspect in counselling for me is the ability to respond to each client from the unique point and create the space for deeper exploration. My private practice focuses on working creatively with neurodivergent clients, trauma and parts work as well as young people. I'm offering a monthly Peer reflection group The group will be based on "going beyond words" concept with plenty time when we use other ways of expression than words - this may help you to build confidence in working creatively. Timings: 10am-11.30am, 1st Sunday of each month, Cost: £20 per session. Please contact me via email for more information: email@example.com
