Imagine supervision that feels like creative discovery. A space where art, metaphor, and reflection help you see your work in new ways. When you feel grounded and supported your clients feel it too. You can know your theory inside out and still feel unsure with a client, which is why reflective supervision is so important. Sometimes the biggest shift in therapy comes from knowing your own reactions and not your clients.
I offer collaborative, integrative creative supervision that blends creativity with reflective practice. Together, we use creative methods, imagery, and metaphor to deepen awareness of client interactions, relationship dynamics, and systemic influences—helping you gain insights, stay inspired, and grow personally and professionally.
A little about my creative background is that I’m a Creative Arts Counsellor and Ambassador for the Creative Counsellors Community where I facilitate monthly peer support groups and Creative Journalling Workshops. Creativity and personal growth are at the heart of my work.
Each session is tailored to your needs, using creative exploration to uncover meaningful insights, transformation, and the interconnectedness of you, your clients, and your practice.

Since the early '90s, I have been supervising a diverse range of professionals, including coaches, creative counsellors, and others in the helping professions. For 10 years I supervised counsellors and coaches within a local authority. My motto is simple "there are no taboo subjects". I’ve been a practising psychotherapist for over twelve years, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My work is grounded in an integrative, relational approach, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where real change can take place.

In supervision, my aim is to offer a balance of support and gentle challenge, creating a space where you can reflect deeply, think creatively, and feel held in the demands of therapeutic work.
